Our Commitment to You
We stand behind every product we sell. If something goes wrong, we will make it right. Please read below for the full details of our policy.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Noveraxy LLC does not store your card details. In the event of a dispute, Stripe's standard dispute resolution process applies. Your right to initiate a bank dispute (chargeback) is a recognized consumer right — we will always cooperate with that process professionally.
1. Digital Products: General Rule
Noveraxy sells exclusively intangible digital products (Google Sheets workbook files delivered by instant email). Because a digital file cannot be physically "returned" in the traditional sense, consumer law provides that the right of withdrawal may be waived for digital content once delivery has begun with the consumer's express agreement.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and consent to the immediate provision of that content.
This does not mean we are indifferent to your satisfaction. Please read our exceptions and goodwill commitments below carefully.
2. When We Will Issue a Full Refund
We will process a full refund without dispute in the following situations:
A. Corrupted or Non-Functional File
If the Google Sheets workbook you received is technically broken (impossible to open, formulas not working, tabs missing, or file is corrupted), contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will first send you a fresh access link. If the problem persists after our intervention, a full refund will be issued promptly.
B. Accidental Double Charge
If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product (same email, same product, within a 2-hour window), the duplicate transaction will be refunded in full upon simple request — no questions asked.
C. Order Not Received
If you completed payment but never received your access link email (and it is not in your spam/junk folder), contact us within 14 days. We will manually resend the link or issue a full refund if we cannot resolve the delivery issue.
3. Our Good-Faith Satisfaction Promise
We genuinely want you to feel great about your purchase. If within 14 days of your order you are experiencing significant difficulty using the product — even if the file itself is technically functional — please reach out to our support team before requesting a refund.

We handle these requests case by case and with genuine care. We cannot guarantee refunds for pure aesthetic preference (the visuals and features are clearly shown on the product page before purchase), but we will always make a fair effort to help.
4. Situations Outside Refund Scope
The following situations are unfortunately outside our refund scope, though our support team remains available to assist in every case:
The product is designed for Google Sheets and works on any modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Using the file in a non-standard environment may limit the experience.
If the file has been duplicated, actively used, and data has been entered across multiple sessions over several weeks, we are unable to process a refund.
Detailed screenshots, descriptions, and feature lists are provided on every product page before purchase so you can evaluate the product fully.
Temporary outages or changes to Google Sheets by Google are outside our control. Our files use standard Google Sheets functionality and will resume working when the service is restored.
5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you have any concern about a charge, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly first at support@noveraxy.com or via WhatsApp at +1 (307) 400-1835. We respond within 24 business hours and will work to resolve any issue quickly and fairly.
Your right to file a dispute with your bank or card issuer is a legitimate consumer right. We recognize and respect this. If a dispute is filed, we will provide Stripe and the relevant financial institution with the order confirmation, delivery records, and any relevant correspondence as part of the standard dispute resolution process.
We approach all disputes professionally and in good faith. Our goal is always a fair resolution for both parties.
